Real Estate industry foresees a promising 2015, with a remarkable growth and profitability in 2015. Despite the long and hard economic crisis at European level, the confidence has been restored in the markets and the Real Estate industry is booming. The increase is partly due to increased liquidity and availability of capital.
In southern Europe, where the domestic loans are still limited, the prediction is of a large increase in investment, while in the Nordic countries, Central and Eastern Europe the growth expectations are lower.
Strong liquidity and purchasing power remain dominant in the Spanish Real Estate investment market. 2014 ended with the second-highest total purchases of Real Estate since 2007. Concerns about pricing are being mitigated by low interest rates and Spain reflects a capital increase, launched already in 2013.
The investment during the first quarter of 2015 reached a volume of 2,900 million euros. Last record was in the first quarter of 2007, when Spanish market reached 3,000 million euros.
In the event “Opportunities for foreign Real Estate investment in Spain” held last 12th of June in Brussels, Juan Ignacio Navas, general director of Navas&Cusí, stated: “We are at the right moment for Real Estate investment in Spain.
