Real estate funds

Real estate investment funds are a non-financial collective investment instrument, for the purpose ofinvesting in urban type immovable property in order to lease the same. There are some cases, such as the case of BANIF, where strong judicial and legal controversy has arisen due to the incorrect marketing of the same. Our Law Office pursues legal action in said cases, requesting the refund of the lost investments.
