Lawyer member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Athens, Greece and in the process of registration at the Bar Association of Barcelona as a European lawyer.
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Athens, Greece and pursued postgraduate studies at the Sorbonne University in Paris during 2008-2009. He is currently completing his second Master in International Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona and EAE Business School.

Due to her extensive experience of 12 years as a legal advisor and litigation lawyer before all grades of Greek courts, including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights based in Strasbourg, she has acquired exceptional interpersonal skills and solid legal knowledge in the following competencies in a national and European environment:
- Ongoing legal advice on day-to-day activities that may arise in European or third country companies operating between Greece, Spain and Belgium.
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts: financing, purchase and sale, leasing, asset management, confidentiality agreements, etc.
- Incorporation of companies and restructuring of companies based in Greece, Spain and Belgium.
- Advice on bankruptcy proceedings and debt refinancing.
- Transfer or acquisition of companies (Due Diligence).
- Advice to the Boards of Directors of companies and corporate operations: agreements between partners, capital increases or reductions.
- Defense in legal proceedings: compensation claims, damages, litigation between majority and minority shareholders and vice versa. Disputes that may arise from the use of European or national trademarks. Litigation of customs duties imposed on imports of goods into Greece from third countries (e.g. China).
- Supervision and support in commercial contracts, both national and international.
- Advisor for investments from Spain to Greece and vice versa of companies operating in the Real Estate, Hotel and Food and Beverage sectors.
